After 7 played minutes, Challe FC's Lucero Bardesi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Diez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Challe FC reached it. If José Francisco Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Chavez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Diez having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucero Bardesi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ezequiel Diez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Chavez in the 22nd minute of the match. Dalmacio Chavez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Guevara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Alzaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Lucero Bardesi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ezequiel Diez. Isluga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Salvador Alzaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Isluga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Alzaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvador Alzaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute of the match Calvino Grebe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilfredo Guevara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Alzaga made a kick off. José Francisco Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Diez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Francisco Brito in the 57th minute of play forced Isluga's goalkeeper Ezequiel Diez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 played minutes Isluga got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Nuñez. After a defensive mix-up in Isluga's zone, José Francisco Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Diez came out of the goal and José Francisco Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cerilo Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cerilo Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Challe FC's Cerilo Cruz got a free kick in the 74th minute. Cerilo Cruz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Salvador Alzaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, Challe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus O´Caster to maneuver through the defense. Zarpas Matiuzzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Wilfredo Guevara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
