In the 39th minute Iván Luis Aparicio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Ducoing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Raimundo Bacarreza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puaun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RedDragons the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Puaun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Bacarreza to maneuver through the defense. Odín Escobillana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Ferrero having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Puaun's Liberto Contador got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salamón Guillestegui to strike the kick off in the second half. Odín Escobillana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saturnino Ferrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odín Escobillana, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 76th minute of the match, Iván Luis Aparicio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Osvaldo Ducoing saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Salamón Guillestegui came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the RedDragons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salamón Guillestegui couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, RedDragons's goalkeeper Osvaldo Ducoing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liberto Contador. After 83 minutes of play, RedDragons's Salamón Guillestegui made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
