Guadaba FC's Juan Miguel Gandarillas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eder Nilo but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Ocacucho's Eder Nilo got control of the ball when Honorio Alegría tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Jose Antonucci to make the kick off. Rómulo Koch in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Remicio Droste, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 70 minutes of play, Ocacucho's Rómulo Koch made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remicio Droste was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remicio Droste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Ruffat in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Rómulo Koch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ocacucho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rómulo Koch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Ronaldo Ruffat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remicio Droste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Rómulo Koch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Rómulo Koch got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ronaldo Ruffat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Remicio Droste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
