Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moncho Mosca started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Quetalco's Mikel Parot got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lautaro Quesada charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Quesada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Quesada hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Feliciano Alzamora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Saa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Alzamora in the 13th minute of play. When Eladio Talamilla came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Quetalco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eladio Talamilla couldn't finish the play. Christian Saa made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Feliciano Alzamora sent off a good shot on target. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Isaiás Potts put in a rough tackle. In the 25th minute, one of Ayarara AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ayarara AFC. If Eladio Talamilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moncho Mosca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eladio Talamilla came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Quetalco fans jumped to their feet. The supporters of Quetalco booed when Ayarara AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastián Barbaste didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eladio Talamilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Javiero San Roman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moncho Mosca struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Javiero San Roman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quetalco. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Antonio Leyton to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Quetalco's zone, Lautaro Quesada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Saa came out of the goal and Lautaro Quesada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisco Antonio Leyton struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Christian Saa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ayarara AFC. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ayarara AFC's goalkeeper Javiero San Roman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christian Saa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Antonio Leyton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Antonio Leyton in the 67th minute of play forced Quetalco's goalkeeper Christian Saa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ayarara AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Norino Catalán hit a great ball. In the 69th match minute Alejandro Macchiavello ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Javiero San Roman. 0-1. After 72 played minutes Quetalco got a freekick which was hit by Mikel Parot. 75 minutes into the match, Ayarara AFC's Francisco Antonio Leyton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Saa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Ayarara AFC's goalkeeper Javiero San Roman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eladio Talamilla. Moncho Mosca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eladio Talamilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the game, Ayarara AFC's Francisco Antonio Leyton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Saa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Christian Saa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Quesada in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Quetalco's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Antonio Leyton came free, but Christian Saa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
