In the 20th minute Bertrán Ferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Hoefler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcos Francisco Felis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Astorga in the 26th minute of play forced DEPORTES MATADOR FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Hoefler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Xosé Salinas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Hoefler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Andolín Cataldo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Naelio Alcázar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Xosé Salinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yuma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xosé Salinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Yuma's goal looked a bit too open when Andolín Cataldo came free, but Naelio Alcázar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andolín Cataldo ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the match, Yuma's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Francisco Felis came free, but Naelio Alcázar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Miren Ibarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naelio Alcázar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Antonio Parant blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Naelio Alcázar having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the DEPORTES MATADOR FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
