In the 20th minute, Orlando Marful got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orlando Marful blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingo Antonucci having to make a save. In the 27th minute of the match, Tomasino Peña got a very nice opportunity to score, but Enrique Renard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Sazie in the 29th minute of play forced Rio negro fc's goalkeeper Domingo Antonucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rio negro fc getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jaume Schulz hit a great ball. Domingo Antonucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Sazie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Antonucci came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by R-ZAD's Edgardo Alava. But to his dismay, Edgardo Alava quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The supporters of Rio negro fc booed when R-ZAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Alava didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Bakovic got free with Enrique Renard in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Bakovic in the 55th minute of play forced R-ZAD's goalkeeper Enrique Renard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, R-ZAD's Ernesto Sazie got a free kick in the 55th minute. Quim Bulnes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Orlando Marful managed to get in a good position for a shot. R-ZAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Marful was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Antonucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rio negro fc getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ysmael Coulin hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as R-ZAD's Francisco Javier Feldman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingo Antonucci. That made the score 1-3 after 73 minutes of play. The supporters of Rio negro fc booed when R-ZAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Alava didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rio negro fc's zone, Juan Antonio Calabrano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Antonucci came out of the goal and Juan Antonio Calabrano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingo Antonucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Marful in the 80th minute. Orlando Marful sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Alava during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rio negro fc booed when R-ZAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Alava didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ysmael Coulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Francisco Javier Feldman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, R-ZAD's Orlando Marful ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Domingo Antonucci. Domingo Antonucci yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. When the match was over R-ZAD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rio negro fc throughout the match.
