After a defensive mix-up in Callumapu FC's zone, Carlo Muñiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liberto Delzo came out of the goal and Carlo Muñiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Carlo Muñiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liberto Delzo was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Vicent Marco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Delzo having to interfere. Liberto Delzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Muñiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Nicodemo Hinojosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Val Marfil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco José Cabrera struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Liberto Delzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Damascal AFC. Liberto Delzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco José Cabrera in the 28th minute. Patxi Salas's late challenge caught a Callumapu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Val Marfil to make the kick off. After 61 played minutes, Damascal AFC's Fernando Puga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Liberto Delzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Damascal AFC reached it. Carlo Muñiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Delzo having to interfere. Carlo Muñiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Liberto Delzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlo Muñiz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71stth minute of the game Carlo Muñiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Callumapu FC's Liberto Delzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Francisco José Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Damascal AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco José Cabrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liberto Delzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlo Muñiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Liberto Delzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liberto Delzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco José Cabrera in the 79th minute of the match. Liberto Delzo came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Damascal AFC's Carlo Muñiz. But to his dismay, Carlo Muñiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Callumapu FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Val Marfil hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Callumapu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco José Cabrera came free, but Liberto Delzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Callumapu FC defense, Francisco José Cabrera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Liberto Delzo. The Callumapu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Liberto Delzo should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Francisco José Cabrera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Liberto Delzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1.
