Robustiano Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliberto Smitmans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Cutemo's Ondino Adriazola got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Feliberto Smitmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Cutemo's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Smitmans came free, but Robustiano Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Feliberto Smitmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmacio Urceda got free with Robustiano Robinson in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Feliberto Smitmans came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Osorno F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Smitmans couldn't finish the play. Feliberto Smitmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Robinson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Feliberto Smitmans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osorno F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Smitmans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Robinson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dalmacio Urceda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Cutemo getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Rubén Jorge hit a great ball. Robustiano Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Urceda, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Osorno F.C's Feliberto Smitmans in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Osorno F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cutemo the free kick. In the 69th minute, one of Osorno F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Osorno F.C. Guido Abuauad went to the wrong direction when Abner Madrid was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 84th minute, Desiderio Cristofanini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cutemo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Osorno F.C.
