Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Orlando Carrillo started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Barrancas got a freekick which was hit by Xabel Saa. Quila FC's Leonardo Menares got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Hernán Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Toni Mansilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Quila FC's Leonardo Menares in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrancas's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Barrancas's Karlos Lama got a free kick in the 11th minute. Quila FC's Eleazar Yorgos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Orlando Carrillo in the 15th minute of play. Eleazar Yorgos made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Orlondón Bahamondes sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Hernán Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Mansilla having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Quila FC got a freekick which was hit by Erik Portal. Toni Mansilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Menares in the 33rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Carlos Hernán Castro sped through Barrancas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toni Mansilla. After a rather tough play, Quila FC's Marciano Recasens got a free kick in the 38th minute. Carlos Hernán Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Hernán Castro to make the kick off. Leonardo Menaress short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Toni Mansilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Carlos Hernán Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Barrancas's Eladio Badilla got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Waiben during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Barrancas got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Waiben. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Toni Mansilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Orlondón Bahamondes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Orlondón Bahamondes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlondón Bahamondes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Orlando Carrillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
