An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidelio Peralta in the 37th minute of play forced Canelillos FC's goalkeeper Pedro Tomás Hermida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Casuto FC's Lorencio Bugueño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Tomás Hermida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Casuto FC booed when Canelillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Orsterhont didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Canelillos FC booed when Casuto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorencio Bugueño didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Casuto FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canelillos FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermelando Feliú made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermelando Feliú in the 52nd minute of play forced Casuto FC's goalkeeper Milián De la Barra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jeronimo Albonico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casuto FC's Fidelio Peralta got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Canelillos FC's Hermelando Feliú in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casuto FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jeronimo Albonico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Tomás Hermida came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Casuto FC's Lorencio Bugueño. But to his dismay, Lorencio Bugueño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Milián De la Barra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermelando Feliú in the 78th minute of the match. Xabier Ebensperger kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Hermelando Feliú struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Milián De la Barra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canelillos FC. In the 87th minute, Jonatán Aninat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Fidelio Peralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Tomás Hermida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lorencio Bugueño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Tomás Hermida was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
