Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emmanuel Baehr kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Trumao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilio Gorostiaga to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trumao's goalkeeper Jose Paravic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Godofredo Lecuna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trumao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chillan AFC the free kick. Jose Paravic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Patiño in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Chillan AFC's Quique Camposano got control of the ball when Rogerio Schlubach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emmanuel Baehr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Godofredo Lecuna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frances Segarra, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Quique Camposano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Otaiza in the 40th minute of play. With his leg Quique Camposano managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Trumao's Rogerio Schlubach fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chillan AFC's Quique Camposano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Otaiza in the 43rd minute of play. Jose Paravic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Patiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toni Otaiza was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogerio Schlubach in the 52nd minute of play forced Chillan AFC's goalkeeper Quique Camposano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ismael Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emmanuel Baehr blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Paravic having to make a save. If Toni Otaiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chillan AFC's Godofredo Garbiso got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ismael Patiño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jose Paravic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Trumao getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Teofilio Gorostiaga hit a great ball. Ceferino Goyenechea kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Frances Segarra, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Chillan AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
