After a rather tough play, Junipert FC's Cecilio San Pedro got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 7th minute of the match Jose Esteban Roco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casimír Yete showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cecilio San Pedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Junipert FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio San Pedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nauzet Cacho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Junipert FC's Cecilio San Pedro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nauzet Cacho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nauzet Cacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narcomillo Amunátegui in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Junipert FC booed when Tulahuen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patxi Cross didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cecilio San Pedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narcomillo Amunátegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nauzet Cacho having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Junipert FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinos Elizondo. Eustacio Magalhaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Casimír Yete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Narcomillo Amunátegui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Junipert FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cecilio San Pedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nauzet Cacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio San Pedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Narcomillo Amunátegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Tulahuen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Narcomillo Amunátegui came free, but Nauzet Cacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tulahuen AFC's Nauzet Cacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcomillo Amunátegui in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tulahuen AFC's Diego Armando Labarca got a free kick in the 55th minute. Junipert FC's Narcomillo Amunátegui got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nauzet Cacho came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Junipert FC's Cecilio San Pedro. But to his dismay, Cecilio San Pedro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nauzet Cacho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narcomillo Amunátegui's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Eustacio Magalhaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimír Yete. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Magalhaes ran back to his position shaking his head. Madeo Green hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Tulahuen AFC's Eustacio Magalhaes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casimír Yete narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Eustacio Magalhaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimír Yete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nauzet Cacho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Valentino Bonilla. With his leg Nauzet Cacho managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Junipert FC's Cecilio San Pedro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Narcomillo Amunátegui came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Junipert FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narcomillo Amunátegui couldn't finish the play. Tulahuen AFC's Nauzet Cacho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Tulahuen AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Tulahuen AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Patxi Cross hit a great ball. Narcomillo Amunátegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nauzet Cacho having to interfere. When the match was over Junipert FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tulahuen AFC throughout the match.
