Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yeray Daniel started the match with the kick off. José Carlos Cantuarias hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Seran Conejeros fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marquinabe's protests and gave Seran Conejeros a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mela booed when Marquinabe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seran Conejeros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes, Lolo Thayer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marquinabe and the Mela players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mela booed when Marquinabe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lolo Thayer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yeray Daniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicent Parrochia having to interfere. Gregorio Mofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lolo Thayer in the 22nd minute of play. Gregorio Mofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Fazzini, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Vicent Parrochia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yeray Daniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marquinabe's Vicent Parrochia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriel Levenier in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Marquinabe's Marino Fazzini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregorio Mofre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Mela's Gregorio Mofre got control of the ball when Lolo Thayer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregorio Mofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marino Fazzini in the 36th minute of play. Lolo Thayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gregorio Mofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marino Fazzini to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Mela's Yeray Daniel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 60th minute, Adriel Levenier fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vicent Parrochia, passed just outside the right post. Yeray Daniel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Mela's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Marquinabe's Vicent Parrochia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Marquinabe from getting a goal against them. Gregorio Mofre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marino Fazzini's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 91st minute, Yeray Daniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Yeray Daniel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vicent Parrochia, passed just outside the right post. Mela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
