The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sergi Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ofelio Gramusset in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match, Abelardo Sovino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sergi Paez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Xulián Deneken hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 13th minute when Ofelio Gramusset elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 17th minute Pedro Manuel Achondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bautista Villalta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xulián Deneken kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Sergi Paez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ofelio Gramusset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ofelio Gramusset sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Rodrigo Allison made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florinio Guisado during the 52nd minute. In the 91st minute, Ofelio Gramusset got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paidahuen's Bautista Villalta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Allison in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Paniahue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ever Campbell to maneuver through the defense.
