Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luis Eduardo Fanjul kicked off to start the match. Huenalihuen's Lucián Bulnes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Ignacio Dueñas in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romano Bolivar saved Huenalihuen from getting behind. Lucián Bulnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Adan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. If Francisco Blanc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Evelio Zaldivar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puyehue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huenalihuen the free kick. After a rather tough play, Puyehue's Evelio Zaldivar got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Lucián Bulnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Adan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Adan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucián Bulnes's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Puyehue's Albert Adan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Miquel in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes in the game, Marc Feldman fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albert Adan having to interfere. If Luis Eduardo Fanjul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Eduardo Fanjul struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Romano Bolivar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puyehue. In the 35th minute, Selmo Gaymer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marc Feldman, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Francisco Blanc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Albert Adan made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Luis Eduardo Fanjul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romano Bolivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Eduardo Fanjul, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucián Bulnes to make the kick off. Albert Adan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucián Bulnes in the 55th minute of play. Albert Adan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucián Bulnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Romano Bolivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Eduardo Fanjul in the 59th minute of play. Puyehue's Luis Eduardo Fanjul got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucián Bulnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Adan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Francisco Blanc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Adan having to interfere. If Luis Eduardo Fanjul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Huechun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
