But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Manguyague couldn't finish the play. Darien Arenas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 66 minutes of play, Black Bulls FC's Paulín Daneri made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Taurino Colipi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Juan Manguyague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taurino Colipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Juan Manguyague managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Bulls FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Manguyague was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Manguyague's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Taurino Colipi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Paulín Daneri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Bulls FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulín Daneri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taurino Colipi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Manguyague sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Celedonio Quiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
