Teupa FC's Roland Liberona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Jimenez in the 40th minute of play. Viviano Mandujano kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Podador Delano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roland Liberona. Teupa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Teupa FC's Calvino Galilea got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Desiderio Leay to make the kick off. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Teupa FC's goalkeeper Roland Liberona, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Teupa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Leay came free, but Roland Liberona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
