Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Chancon's Desiderio Leay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Leay in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Banda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the game, Eugenio Sabater cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Uriel Banda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eugenio Sabater fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Banda having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Toco FC's Jacobo Arroyo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Eufrasio Barreau kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes, Toco FC's Juan Alfonso Marchant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabricio Acosta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Toco FC reached it. 28 minutes into the match, Chancon's goal looked a bit too open when Xaiver Mora came free, but Fabricio Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Desiderio Leay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chancon's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Leay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Banda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Sabater recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eugenio Sabater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desiderio Leay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Banda having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Eloi Oxley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloi Oxley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 43 minutes on the clock, Podador Delano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 42nd minute, one of Chancon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chancon. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xaiver Mora to make the kick off. Uriel Banda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Jimenez went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Chancon's goal looked a bit too open when Xaiver Mora came free, but Fabricio Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Toco FC's zone, Eugenio Sabater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Banda came out of the goal and Eugenio Sabater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Toco FC's goalkeeper Uriel Banda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, Chancon's Eugenio Sabater made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Banda was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute Eugenio Sabater shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Banda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Toco FC defense, Eugenio Sabater kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uriel Banda. The Toco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uriel Banda should have stopped the shot. When Eugenio Sabater came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Chancon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Sabater couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Jacobo Arroyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eusebio Echeverría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chancon's Desiderio Leay got a free kick in the 90th minute. Uriel Banda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Sabater, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Chancon players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
