Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fanqui's Xavier Angel Izamit started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Jaume Paetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Gertosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Boca FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Ibarrueta. Odol Cumsille shot from long distance in the 28th minute, but Emilio Felipe Basurto was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Angel Izamit in the 35th minute of play forced Boca FC's goalkeeper Emilio Felipe Basurto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Anastasio Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Felipe Basurto was a little too slow when Xavier Angel Izamit got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaume Paetz was the one to do the kick off. Geraldo Iribarren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Xavier Angel Izamit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Emilio Felipe Basurto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Fanqui's Damián Sigorraga got a free kick in the 60th minute. David Israel Mascayano shot a long shot in the 61st minute and a light blocked Dante Gertosio hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 4-2. Fanqui's Xavier Angel Izamit got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Tomás Cordoba struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Emilio Felipe Basurto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fanqui. Pedro Marzullo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Emilio Felipe Basurto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Fanqui's Pedro Marzullo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Felipe Basurto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Fanqui's Xavier Angel Izamit got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ysmael Estolaza charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ysmael Estolaza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fanqui booed when Boca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ysmael Estolaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Marzullo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Emilio Felipe Basurto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Felipe Basurto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Angel Izamit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilio Felipe Basurto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Marzullo in the 85th minute of play. If Jaume Paetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Ysmael Estolaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Xavier Angel Izamit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fanqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Angel Izamit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Felipe Basurto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Jaume Paetz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fanqui fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boca FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
