Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Igor Almendras took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Igor Almendras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Arizmendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Huaracina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Maldini came free, but César Arizmendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Maldini hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Hilario Maldini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Arizmendi having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Pununquen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeraldo Landea to maneuver through the defense. Pununquen's Brian Añasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Pununquen from getting a goal against them. With his leg Brian Añasco managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Huaracina FC's Adriano Bastidas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Huaracina FC's César Arizmendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Maldini in the 40th minute of play. If Igor Almendras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriano Bastidas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natanael Chao to make the kick off. César Arizmendi was a little too slow when Igor Almendras got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. 59 minutes into the game, Hilario Maldini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. César Arizmendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Huaracina FC's César Arizmendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Huaracina FC from getting a goal against them. Igor Almendras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Arizmendi having to interfere. In the 66th minute Adriano Bastidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Añasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Natanael Chao notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pununquen's Brian Añasco. Brian Añasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brian Añasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Bastidas in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Salomón Warner collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. After 73 minutes, Modestio Rallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pununquen and the Huaracina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. César Arizmendi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Maldini went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Pununquen's Xavier Giagier was substituted for Modestio Rallo. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Igor Almendras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pununquen's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Almendras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. César Arizmendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Almendras might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over César Arizmendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Almendras ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Hilario Maldini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Pununquen's Hilario Maldini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that César Arizmendi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adriano Bastidas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horacio Jesus Ancavil's late challenge caught a Pununquen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horacio Jesus Ancavil helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Huaracina FC got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Jesus Ancavil.
