The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laureano Barbaste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Barni Sáez made a huge save. Cristiano Frey took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alifonso Tuñon. Alifonso Tuñon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Laureano Barbaste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laureano Barbaste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Barni Sáez made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loreto Puelma in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alifonso Tuñon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Loreto Puelma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alifonso Tuñon having to make a save. If Loreto Puelma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Frey in the 41st minute of play forced Majada AFC's goalkeeper Alifonso Tuñon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Tracalpulli FC a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pol Gandarillas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Majada AFC's Alifonso Tuñon. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rollo Schlegel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilesindo Berguño kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Majada AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Jurado to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tracalpulli FC's zone, Laureano Barbaste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barni Sáez came out of the goal and Laureano Barbaste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barni Sáez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Barbaste in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rollo Schlegel in the 69th minute of play forced Tracalpulli FC's goalkeeper Barni Sáez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Barbaste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Barni Sáez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodoro Pardow fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majada AFC's protests and gave Teodoro Pardow a yellow card for diving instead. After recieving a nice pass, Tracalpulli FC's Pol Gandarillas tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Loreto Puelma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tracalpulli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Loreto Puelma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alifonso Tuñon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tracalpulli FC's Loreto Puelma got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rollo Schlegel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barni Sáez was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Laureano Barbaste might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barni Sáez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laureano Barbaste ran back to his position shaking his head. Barni Sáez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Barbaste in the 92nd minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tracalpulli FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
