Ruesga Gorostiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nafarroa Fontaner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josué Mancheño kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ruesga Gorostiagas short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Nafarroa Fontaner to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 19 played minutes Natuco got a freekick which was hit by José Ignacio Urbina. 20 minutes into the match, Juan Carlos Contador had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ervigio Campillo. Natuco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Carlos Contador was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Pocillas's Ernesto Arnault got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25th match minute, Pocillas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Sanfuentes to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes, Natuco's Santiago Castelblanco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nafarroa Fontaner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Natuco reached it. Xavier Klaafon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nafarroa Fontaner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Klaafon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ruesga Gorostiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nafarroa Fontaner was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Xavier Klaafon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xavier Klaafon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Juan Carlos Contador sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Natuco players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pocillas were winning 1-2.

Savier Simaverti was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 52nd minute. Pocillas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Ruesga Gorostiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruesga Gorostiaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Ruesga Gorostiaga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nafarroa Fontaner. Pocillas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruesga Gorostiaga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 77th match minute, Natuco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Lemos to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Savier Simaverti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pocillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savier Simaverti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 99th minute Josué Mancheño managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal.
