The audience was convinced that Ceferino Ahrens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastiano Berrio was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Lucero Liendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavier Angel Ceballos's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The supporters of Estrella del este booed when Chigualoco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ever Valdenebro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucero Liendo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrella del este's Norberto Mazeira. But to his dismay, Norberto Mazeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 24thth minute of the game Xavier Angel Ceballos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chigualoco AFC's Lucero Liendo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Oteiza kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Ceferino Ahrens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramón Rallo's late challenge caught a Chigualoco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramón Rallo helped the player get up and apologised. When Norberto Mazeira, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 38 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lucero Liendo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrella del este's Xavier Angel Ceballos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucero Liendo. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. Xavier Angel Ceballos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucero Liendo having to interfere.

The wind increased when Xavier Angel Ceballos made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Xavier Angel Ceballos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute Estrella del este were awarded a corner. Hilario Troncoso went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucero Liendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 66th minute of play forced Chigualoco AFC's goalkeeper Lucero Liendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Mazeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Lucero Liendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estrella del este's Norberto Mazeira got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucero Liendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Estrella del este's Xavier Angel Ceballos got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Estrella del este booed when Chigualoco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucero Bulnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Mazeira in the 92nd minute of play forced Chigualoco AFC's goalkeeper Lucero Liendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Mazeira took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucero Liendo. Lucero Liendo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.
