Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Camilo Ocampo made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Molineros AFC's Severiano Hiriart sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Contreras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Severiano Hiriart's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Contreras was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Benedicto Talamilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Darricades having to interfere. Mario Darricades stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedicto Talamilla's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Ocampo in the 14th minute of play forced Molineros AFC's goalkeeper Mario Darricades to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Darricades showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Ocampo in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Mela booed when Molineros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Pedro Norambuena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes, Mela's Alexandre Ibáñez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mario Darricades came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mela reached it. After a rather tough play, Molineros AFC's Magdaleno Encina got a free kick in the 27th minute. Molineros AFC's Mario Darricades played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ocampo in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Molineros AFC's Pol Villa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Camilo Ocampo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Mela's Camilo Ocampo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Darricades made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mario Darricades took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Ibáñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Mela were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severiano Hiriart made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mela's zone, Severiano Hiriart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Contreras came out of the goal and Severiano Hiriart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Molineros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Ocampo came free, but Mario Darricades reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Roberto Rumie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molineros AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Rumie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Contreras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severiano Hiriart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Contreras having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Molineros AFC's Evelio Olea got a free kick in the 66th minute. Mela's Alexandre Ibáñez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Molineros AFC. Mario Darricades stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Ocampo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Benedicto Talamilla took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Darricades. Mario Darricades dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 84 minutes, Severiano Hiriart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Molineros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Hiriart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severiano Hiriart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basilio Contreras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Mela's Basilio Contreras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Hiriart in the 94th minute of play. Severiano Hiriart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Contreras having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mela had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
