It was a well-played corner which 唐星悦 managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Guallelemu's 唐星悦 got a free kick in the 41st minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luis Alberto Soza made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Paes in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Frei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 唐星悦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Frei having to interfere. A collision led to Grutas AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lester Lecaroz hit a great ball. If Cipriano Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Grutas AFC's Lorenzo Frei got control of the ball when 唐星悦 tried to sneak it across the goal line. When 唐星悦 came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Guallelemu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 唐星悦 couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Cipriano Paes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lorenzo Frei. The goal made the score 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Grutas AFC's zone, 唐星悦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Frei came out of the goal and 唐星悦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cipriano Paes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lorenzo Frei. That made the score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. With a little luck, Grutas AFC's Lorenzo Frei got control of the ball when 唐星悦 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guallelemu's Niceto Dinarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lester Lecaroz in the 86th minute of play. Lorenzo Frei made an important save on a dangerous shot by 唐星悦 in the 87th minute. Lorenzo Frei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Paes in the 88th minute of the match. When Cipriano Paes came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Guallelemu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Paes couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, Marcelino Lurquín was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grutas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guallelemu the free kick. Guallelemu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
