Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ferrán Siredey made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute Manuel Antonio Roques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Archibaldo Faúndez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Panguilemo's Archibaldo Faúndez got control of the ball when Pedro Huaquil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Alfaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martino Villaseca having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Abel Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Huaquil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Antonio Roques in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Archibaldo Faúndez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Panguilemo's Archibaldo Faúndez got control of the ball when Pedro Huaquil tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 minutes, Lois Cuenca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panguilemo and the Illapel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lois Cuenca hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Archibaldo Faúndez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Roques in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 38th match minute, Illapel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Mac Lean to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Mac Lean was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Illapel getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gustavo Mac Lean hit a great ball. Ferrán Siredey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferrán Siredey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 61st match minute, Panguilemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ofelio Antúnez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Panguilemo booed when Illapel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Simaverti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Ferrán Siredey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martino Villaseca. Illapel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferrán Siredey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edgar Alfaros short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Martino Villaseca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 77 played minutes Illapel got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Antonio Roques. 78 minutes into the match, Ferrán Siredey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martino Villaseca, 0-2. 84 minutes into the match, Panguilemo's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Huaquil came free, but Archibaldo Faúndez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panguilemo's Archibaldo Faúndez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Huaquil in the 86th minute of play. Cristofer Plaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ferrán Siredey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
