Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ermegildo Iturrieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Diaz in the 3rd minute of play. Vinicio Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermegildo Iturrieta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Diaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marruecos AFC's Miliano Abrego got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Máximo Argomedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tito Bakovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Xabier Quitral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Máximo Argomedo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Marruecos AFC's Baldomero Rengifo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Tito Bakovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Máximo Argomedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Máximo Argomedo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Francisco José Otazo. 40 minutes into the match, Marruecos AFC's Vinicio Diaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Iturrieta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Mauricio Maeztu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Diaz in the 45th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Ermegildo Iturrieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vinicio Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Diaz made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miliano Abrego got free with Ermegildo Iturrieta in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Felis. Marruecos AFC's Vinicio Diaz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 73rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ermegildo Iturrieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Diaz in the 78th minute of play. Miliano Abrego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Iturrieta having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, River Plate's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miliano Abrego fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 84 minutes into the match, Marruecos AFC's Vinicio Diaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Iturrieta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Diaz in the 96th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Ermegildo Iturrieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The River Plate fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marruecos AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
