Jeremías Gazitúa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Otava in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Xavián Erwens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After 57 minutes, Jacob Otava mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacrilla and the Pomuyeto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xavián Erwens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremías Gazitúa having to interfere. With a little luck, Pomuyeto FC's Jeremías Gazitúa got control of the ball when Xavián Erwens tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jacob Otava had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Otava in the 67th minute of play forced Pomuyeto FC's goalkeeper Jeremías Gazitúa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xavián Erwens struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jeremías Gazitúa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacrilla. Jacob Otava sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aitor Baros hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Ignacio Poisson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacrilla's Gabriel Schiller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chacrilla walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
