After 14 minutes Trabunco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romeo Rosa who took care of the corner kick. Aníbal Hermosilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Eguiguren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Victor Hugo Recasens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Hugo Recasens struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Disvandis Zamora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabunco. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abraham Cádiz during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Trabunco booed when Socoroma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Cádiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disvandis Zamora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Trabunco booed when Socoroma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Rajcevich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobaldo Rajcevich hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Disvandis Zamora stood somewhat misplaced when Claudio Ormaechea came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 46 minute.

Trabunco's Aníbal Hermosilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Trabunco from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Trabunco's Victor Hugo Recasens got a free kick in the 56th minute. Romualdo Painemal charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romualdo Painemal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romualdo Painemal kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Disvandis Zamora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Ormaechea's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60th match minute, Socoroma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Rosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Wilson Romero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Disvandis Zamora showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rd play minute Pablo Eguiguren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aníbal Hermosilla. 1-3. Pablo Eguiguren struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Aníbal Hermosilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Socoroma FC. Disvandis Zamora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Ormaechea's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Pablo Eguiguren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 81 minutes, Victor Hugo Recasens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trabunco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Hugo Recasens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disvandis Zamora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Ormaechea went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 94 minutes, Victor Hugo Recasens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trabunco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Hugo Recasens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Pablo Eguiguren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Socoroma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Eguiguren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aníbal Hermosilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Socoroma FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
