The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Anaya got free with Sergio Pradenas in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Amado Anaya sped through Quinamavida's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sergio Pradenas. Maurilio Salah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Hasche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristofer Villagrán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Hasche succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Renato Flores's late challenge caught a Rosapeta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renato Flores helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Renato Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristofer Villagrán struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Sergio Pradenas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosapeta FC. Oliverio Schaub's late challenge caught a Rosapeta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oliverio Schaub helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, one of Quinamavida:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quinamavida. After a defensive mix-up in Rosapeta FC's zone, Frances Slier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurilio Salah came out of the goal and Frances Slier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Andoni Reccius sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quinamavida's Sergio Pradenas didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristofer Villagrán to make the kick off. Maximino Hasche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Rosapeta FC booed when Quinamavida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliverio Schaub didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Andoni Reccius sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Pradenas skillfully saved the ball. In the 55th match minute, Quinamavida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Marcó to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rosapeta FC's Julián Carter got a free kick in the 58th minute. Quinamavida's Sergio Pradenas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristofer Villagrán in the 63rd minute of play. Cristofer Villagrán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Hasche couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Cristofer Villagrán notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Quinamavida's Sergio Pradenas. Sergio Pradenas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frances Slier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maurilio Salah firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Maximino Hasche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quinamavida's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximino Hasche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurilio Salah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Maximino Hasche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maurilio Salah. That made the score 4-2 in the 91 minute of play. Rosapeta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
