Gualaihue FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altue AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gualaihue FC's Andolín Cordero got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Eloi Bühler was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 8 played minutes, Gualaihue FC's Alessandro Luna shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cipriano Simaverti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gualaihue FC reached it. Silviano Price recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Modestio Villota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gualaihue FC's Lázaro Frei got a free kick in the 19th minute. Romano Raffo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silviano Price in the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Gualaihue FC's Romano Raffo got control of the ball when Modestio Villota tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Silviano Price had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romano Raffo made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Modestio Villota sent off a good shot on target. In the 42ndth minute of the game Markus Medel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altue AFC's Cipriano Simaverti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 48th minute Silviano Price shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romano Raffo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Mesa to strike the kick off in the second half. When Modestio Villota came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Altue AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modestio Villota couldn't finish the play. Gualaihue FC's Romano Raffo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modestio Villota in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute, Markus Medel made a precise shot to the right of Cipriano Simaverti. Altue AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Gualaihue FC's Armando Mesa in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altue AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Altue AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés Abud came free, but Cipriano Simaverti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Mesa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Markus Medel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Cipriano Simaverti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Máximo Friederichs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Simaverti having to interfere. Romano Raffo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Modestio Villota went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Altue AFC's zone, Markus Medel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Simaverti came out of the goal and Markus Medel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armando Mesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Simaverti having to interfere. Markus Medel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cipriano Simaverti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
