Ruperto Chamorro's late challenge caught a Purranque AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Chamorro helped the player get up and apologised. Ruperto Chamorro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Jerardo Alegría kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Aldo Melipil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Jose María Allison's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Pachia FC's Aldo Melipil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Jose María Allison in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Ruperto Chamorro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reyes Cuadra. Purranque AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruperto Chamorro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pachia FC's Baraquiel Abufhele was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Baraquiel Abufhele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Reyes Cuadra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Lucio Jose María Allison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Melipil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baraquiel Abufhele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Purranque AFC's goalkeeper Reyes Cuadra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Chamorro. Baraquiel Abufhele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reyes Cuadra having to interfere. In the 39th minute Baraquiel Abufhele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reyes Cuadra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Chamorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Reyes Cuadra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Chamorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 played minutes Pachia FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Arbildo. Lucio Jose María Allison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Vivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 minutes, Lucio Jose María Allison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Purranque AFC and the Pachia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pachia FC booed when Purranque AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Jose María Allison didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reyes Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Chamorro in the 83rd minute of play. Ysidro Pinaud hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Arbildo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Pachia FC's Baraquiel Abufhele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reyes Cuadra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pachia FC had won after a very even match.
