They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Eduardo Ebensperger made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaldo Restat got free with Nicanor Colipi in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricard Imaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Aramayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricard Imaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Ricard Imaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naltagua's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricard Imaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Aramayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erasmo Aramayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenón Jaime, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ancomarca's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
