Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Niceto Bear started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Vichuquen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baudelio Tordesillas came free, but Abdón Albert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vichuquen AFC's Abdón Albert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Bear in the 9th minute of play. Abdón Albert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelmo Cuenca in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Vichuquen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Madden. Baudelio Tordesillas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Abdón Albert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vichuquen AFC's Manuel Madden got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th match minute, Vichuquen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Topocho Moyano to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Bear fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdón Albert having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Baudelio Tordesillas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdón Albert. Vichuquen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baudelio Tordesillas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 27 minutes into the game, Ever Detmer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Carlos Alberto Bautista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urtsín Macaya's late challenge caught a Vichuquen AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urtsín Macaya helped the player get up and apologised. Urtsín Macaya hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Caya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xamín Gorostizaga to maneuver through the defense. Ever Detmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Carlos Alberto Bautista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ever Detmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Alberto Bautista having to interfere. Abdón Albert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Bear, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Ever Detmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Alberto Bautista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caya AFC's Xamín Gorostizaga got a free kick in the 48th minute. Vichuquen AFC were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Caya AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xacobo Palomera took the corner. The corner led Vichuquen AFC's Xacobo Palomera to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Alberto Bautista despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Carlos Alberto Bautista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ever Detmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Caya AFC's zone, Eugenio Mena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Alberto Bautista came out of the goal and Eugenio Mena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Vichuquen AFC's Manuel Madden got a free kick in the 61st minute. Abdón Albert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Bear in the 62nd minute of play. Baudelio Tordesillas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Abdón Albert made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Vichuquen AFC's zone, Niceto Bear stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdón Albert came out of the goal and Niceto Bear tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Caya AFC's Baudelio Tordesillas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdón Albert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Eugenio Mena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niceto Bear didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 78th minute. Caya AFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Niceto Bear sped through Vichuquen AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abdón Albert. Baudelio Tordesillas struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Abdón Albert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caya AFC. Niceto Bear recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Caya AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caya AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
