The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juan Jesus Hardy came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Putuputane's Felipe Luna. But to his dismay, Felipe Luna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Balendín Pais notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Putuputane's Paulín Ayala. Paulín Ayala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Millán during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicanor Millán kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Paulín Ayala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Diban went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Balendín Pais succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 16th playminute. Paulín Ayala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Diban in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pucura's Sebastián Rengifo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Juan Jesus Hardy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yeray Chirinos in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Luna in the 35th minute of play forced Pucura's goalkeeper Juan Jesus Hardy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Putuputane's Nafarroa Painecura got a free kick in the 38th minute. Balendín Pais let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 45th minute shot 4-2 at rihgt post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Israel Ardizzoni to strike the kick off in the second half. If Balendín Pais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Luna succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-3 in the 56th playminute. 64 minutes into the game, Pucura's Balendín Pais nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulín Ayala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. In the 70th minute, Balendín Pais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulín Ayala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balendín Pais, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th match minute, Putuputane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurino Brotfeld to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Putuputane booed when Pucura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moncho Mellibosky didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferrando Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Paulín Ayala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balendín Pais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pucura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balendín Pais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Balendín Pais left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pucura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3. Pucura's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
