Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Roger Aichele started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Baltazar Maragaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 9th minute, Roger Aichele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baltazar Maragaño in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Morel saved Silpasilvani from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Silpasilvani's Patricio Iglesias got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes Coquimbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Calixto Maccioni. Jose Miguel Araus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Warnes having to interfere. Aurelio Warnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Miguel Araus, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Aurelio Warnes made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Velasco Zercalde sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Coquimbo FC's Juan Pedro Quiñones got a free kick in the 30th minute. Baltazar Maragaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Morel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baltazar Maragaño ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th match minute, Coquimbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenico Tindall to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Coquimbo FC's zone, Jose Miguel Araus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Warnes came out of the goal and Jose Miguel Araus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Miguel Araus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Coquimbo FC's Xabel Zuazagoitia got a free kick in the 51st minute. Aurelio Warnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Miguel Araus in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Coquimbo FC's Francisco Antonio Constantinescu got a free kick in the 54th minute. Baltazar Maragaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jeronimo Morel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Coquimbo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Silpasilvani. Savier Alvarado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aurelio Warnes. 1-0. Silpasilvani's Velasco Zercalde got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Silpasilvani's Jose Miguel Araus in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coquimbo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Francisco Antonio Constantinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jeronimo Morel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silpasilvani's Jeronimo Morel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Aichele in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roger Aichele in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Morel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 83 minutes, Jose Miguel Araus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silpasilvani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Miguel Araus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Miguel Araus took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelio Warnes. Aurelio Warnes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 98th minute Velasco Zercalde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Warnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silpasilvani's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
