Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Maximiliano Rebolledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Javier Oliva went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikel Malbrán in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Rebolledo saved Guacate from getting behind. In the 33rdth minute of the game Mikel Malbrán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guacate's Maximiliano Rebolledo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Guacate's Alirio Facuse threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Demesio Iturbe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Francisco Javier Apablaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Alirio Facuse made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Demesio Iturbe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alirio Facuse. The goal made the score 1-1. Arnaldo Olmos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes, barcelona's Fulgencio Aulestia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximiliano Rebolledo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in barcelona reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demesio Iturbe to make the kick off. Demesio Iturbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alirio Facuse having to interfere. If Mikel Malbrán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Jordi Peronard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The barcelona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikel Malbrán in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Rebolledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. barcelona's Alirio Facuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demesio Iturbe in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Jordi Peronard notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Guacate's Maximiliano Rebolledo. Maximiliano Rebolledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Donato Arend made in the 71st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by barcelona's Modestio Markovic. Alirio Facuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demesio Iturbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Alirio Facuse came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Guacate's Arnaldo Olmos. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Olmos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Renato Copeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Javier Oliva struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Maximiliano Rebolledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for barcelona. Mikel Malbrán's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Maximiliano Rebolledo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alirio Facuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demesio Iturbe in the 93rd minute of play.
