Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danél Portillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darío Basulto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Darío Basulto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, mascarilla fc's Juan Carlos Verschueren got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Abdón Narea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valiente Hudson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valiente Hudson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdón Narea's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaspar Prieto got free with Danél Portillo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Virgilio Aguad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valiente Hudson having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Abdón Narea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Valiente Hudson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Abdón Narea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Relbun's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdón Narea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valiente Hudson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elías Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Darío Basulto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danél Portillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the mascarilla fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
