An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Davenport in the 5th minute of play forced Chaqui AFC's goalkeeper Seran Davalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huillo AFC's goalkeeper Cipriano Oyarce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chaqui AFC's Alex Tornero got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cipriano Oyarce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andolín Celedón in the 25th minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Chaqui AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Dragicevic to maneuver through the defense. Cipriano Oyarce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andolín Celedón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurilio Bari's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Seran Davalos firmly grabbed it by the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurilio Bari in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Seran Davalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Davenport struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Seran Davalos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huillo AFC. Maurilio Bari kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Maurilio Bari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Seran Davalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Diego Davenport hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Cipriano Oyarce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Tornero in the 89th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chaqui AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
