Salvatore Escobar's late challenge caught a Fracasados F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvatore Escobar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fracasados F.C booed when Pichingal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvatore Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Soto Tapia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guntademaro Rallo having to make a save. Salvatore Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Pichingal got a freekick which was hit by Félix Quintano. In the 31st minute, Balendín Robinson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Carlos Banda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Félix Quintano, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to Fracasados F.C getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Federico Raab hit a great ball. Pichingal's Narciso Schele couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fracasados F.C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasino Ruedi in the 39th minute of play forced Fracasados F.C's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Banda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fracasados F.C's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Banda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Balendín Robinson to make the kick off. Guntademaro Rallo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.
