Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abel Ried took the kick off in the first half of the match. Emilio Ossandon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Pensa in the 6th minute of play. Feliciano Pensa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Ossandon having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Abel Ried recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Quintán Villablanca. Abel Ried showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Constancio Olivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Emilio Ossandon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arcadio Azoca kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jonatan Alejo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilio Ossandon. Cortaderas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Constancio Olivera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Ossandon was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After 33 minutes, Guido Minassian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cortaderas FC and the Huilqueco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cortaderas FC's Guido Minassian got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Constancio Olivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Ried might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quintán Villablanca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Ried ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilio Ossandon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constancio Olivera in the 43rd minute of play. If Feliciano Pensa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Pensa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Ried in the 53rd minute of play forced Huilqueco's goalkeeper Quintán Villablanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quintán Villablanca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Ried in the 59th minute of play. Quintán Villablanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ried, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huilqueco's goalkeeper Quintán Villablanca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Constancio Olivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cortaderas FC's Emilio Ossandon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Pensa in the 72nd minute of play. Constancio Olivera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Emilio Ossandon made a huge save. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huilqueco's goalkeeper Quintán Villablanca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gabino Garbiso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio Ossandon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Pensa in the 86th minute of the match. Gabino Garbiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Quintán Villablanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constancio Olivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Emilio Ossandon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quintán Villablanca came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Cortaderas FC's Gabino Garbiso. But to his dismay, Gabino Garbiso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cortaderas FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
