The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Albarran got free with Podador Aliaga in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Gaston Albarran notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Olivo FC's Podador Aliaga. Podador Aliaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Parrasia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Carlos Della having to interfere. When Ricardo Parrasia fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olivo FC's protests and gave Ricardo Parrasia a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Reloca FC's Valiente Magasich got a free kick in the 27th minute. Reloca FC's Gaston Albarran got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Podador Aliaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Davy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fausto Davy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Parrasia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Juan Carlos Della tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Parrasia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Carlos Della having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Davy to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Marco Canningham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reloca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivo FC the free kick. After 53 played minutes Reloca FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Canningham. Olivo FC's Ricardo Parrasia got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Podador Aliaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Davy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceandro Reinaga hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Jacindo Alcaide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olivo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacindo Alcaide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Ricardo Parrasia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Carlos Della, 2-1. Podador Aliaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Davy in the 87th minute of play. Jacindo Alcaide scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Carlos Della, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Olivo FC's Ricardo Parrasia in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reloca FC's goalie prevented a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
