Odín Diaz de León made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tordesillas in the 23rd minute of play. Alcadio Anriquez hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Xabel Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobías Ibieta in the 34th minute. In the 68th minute, Amato Carter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amato Carter during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amato Carter hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Tegualda AFC's Alcadio Anriquez got a free kick in the 74th minute. A hard shot by Eder Maack from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Odín Diaz de León's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 76 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Santander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tegualda AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dupont the free kick. In the 76th minute, Reynaldo Santander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alberto Tordesillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. A wasted opportunity for Dupont. Dupont played a much better game than Tegualda AFC and deserved their victory. The Tegualda AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
