Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cosme Noti made the kick off and thus started the match. Benjamín Vivas made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ervigio Bessoayn sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Ervigio Bessoayn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamín Vivas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jeremías Borja kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Ramiro Fabri came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Fachinal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Fabri couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloi Trejo in the 17th minute of play forced Colegual FC's goalkeeper Oliverio Echague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Rubén Octavio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oliverio Echague was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. If Ramiro Fabri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliverio Echague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloi Trejo in the 23rd minute of play. After 27 minutes, Jeremías Borja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colegual FC and the Fachinal players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Colegual FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jeremías Borja hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Colegual FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Fabri came free, but Oliverio Echague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubén Octavio in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliverio Echague saved Colegual FC from getting behind. If Ervigio Bessoayn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Juan Cristóbal Artigas came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Colegual FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Cristóbal Artigas couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eloi Trejo to make the kick off. Benjamín Vivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Noti, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th match minute, Colegual FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremías Borja to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ervigio Bessoayn in the 72nd minute of play forced Fachinal's goalkeeper Benjamín Vivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 played minutes Colegual FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Noti. With his leg Oliverio Echague managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Fachinal's Eloi Trejo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Ramiro Fabri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes of play, Fachinal's Ramiro Fabri made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliverio Echague was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the match, Ervigio Bessoayn notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fachinal's Benjamín Vivas. Benjamín Vivas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 minutes of play Colegual FC's Jeremías Borja was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jeremías Borja hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Colegual FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fachinal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
