Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcos Clavel kicked off to start the match. Marcos Clavel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Hugo Colipi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Clavel in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Angelino Meléndez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Choroico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Meléndez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Meléndez in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Naranjo saved Lavaderos from getting behind. Angelino Meléndez struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Eleuterio Naranjo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Choroico FC. Lois Escalante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Hugo Colipi having to interfere. The supporters of Lavaderos booed when Choroico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félix Dattwyler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Hugo Colipi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Clavel, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcos Clavel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victor Hugo Colipi. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 34th minute Marcos Clavel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Hugo Colipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Naranjo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Lavandero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Meléndez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelino Meléndez was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Clavel during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Clavel kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Lavaderos's Cosme Font got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Benito Urrejola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lavaderos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Choroico FC the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Lavaderos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Urrejola to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Angelino Meléndez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Clavel in the 68th minute of play forced Choroico FC's goalkeeper Victor Hugo Colipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Naranjo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Lavandero in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Alexandre Lavandero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexandre Lavandero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Naranjo having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Choroico FC's Alexandre Lavandero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eleuterio Naranjo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lavaderos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
