After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mario Davidovits managed to get in a good position for a shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Totoralillo reached it. Cirilo Mosca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Zammit in the 43rd minute of the match. Ramón Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Cirilo Mosca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Totoralillo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Odón Alfonso struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Luis Angel Calderón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mogote. Adrián Zammit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cirilo Mosca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Mogote getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ofelio Montane hit a great ball. Adrián Zammit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Cirilo Mosca made a huge save. In the 64th match minute, Mogote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ofelio Montane to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Ofelio Montane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milián San Cristóbal kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Mario Davidovits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Angel Calderón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Mogote's Milián San Cristóbal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Milián San Cristóbal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mogote protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Milián San Cristóbal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mogote! Ernesto Joglar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Cirilo Mosca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
