Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Montt FC's Leoncio Mac Intyre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes Totoralillo got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Zammit. With an all-out effort, Totoralillo's Filiberto Lautroup threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ramón Torre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Totoralillo's Luis Angel Calderón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Jesus Penschke in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Horacio Jesus Penschke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Angel Calderón was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Horacio Jesus Penschke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Arcadio Lorie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Angel Calderón. Totoralillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arcadio Lorie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luis Angel Calderón came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Montt FC's Carlos Saúl Izarra. But to his dismay, Carlos Saúl Izarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Leoncio Mac Intyre came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Montt FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leoncio Mac Intyre couldn't finish the play. Leoncio Mac Intyre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Saúl Izarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Angel Calderón having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Txomin Gattini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Totoralillo and the Montt FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Montt FC booed when Totoralillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txomin Gattini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Jesus Penschke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Angel Calderón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Jesus Penschke in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramón Torre made a kick off. Adrián Zammit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Lautroup having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Ramón Torre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filiberto Lautroup was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Luis Angel Calderón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leoncio Mac Intyre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leoncio Mac Intyre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Ramón Torre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Totoralillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramón Torre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filiberto Lautroup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Torre, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Leoncio Mac Intyre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Angel Calderón having to interfere. The supporters of Montt FC booed when Totoralillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Ansola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Angel Calderón didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Montt FC's Horacio Jesus Penschke shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Montt FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
