Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá started the match with the kick off. Salomón Massú fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipo Marmolejo having to interfere. 3 minutes into the game, Naelio Pantoja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quilimanzano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Socaire FC the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Quilimanzano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naelio Pantoja to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute Joel Espiñeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipo Marmolejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joel Espiñeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Maiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Felipo Marmolejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Quilimanzano getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ernesto Clavel hit a great ball. Tauro Fehrmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eber Palacios made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Tauro Fehrmann sent off a good shot on target. Felipo Marmolejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomón Massú in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Socaire FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tauro Fehrmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eber Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Socaire FC's zone, Tauro Fehrmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eber Palacios came out of the goal and Tauro Fehrmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipo Marmolejo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Socaire FC's Salomón Massú. But to his dismay, Salomón Massú quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Socaire FC's Hipolito Avendaño got a free kick in the 34th minute. Bonifacio Maiz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Quilimanzano's Flavio Malaree tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Tauro Fehrmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eber Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salomón Massú to strike the kick off in the second half. Salomón Massú received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Felipo Marmolejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Socaire FC's Eber Palacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá in the 63rd minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Socaire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Espiñeira to maneuver through the defense. If Salomón Massú had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eber Palacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Cecilio Julio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilimanzano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Julio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonifacio Maiz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Jon-Ander Santana-Bauzá struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Eber Palacios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quilimanzano. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
