Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Iluga got a freekick which was hit by Gabino Leal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Villota in the 10th minute of play forced Iluga's goalkeeper Bertrán Chopitea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Domenico Parodi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iluga's Bertrán Chopitea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Iluga booed when Chacay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Ignacio Valdelomar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jaime Pantaleon came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Iluga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pantaleon couldn't finish the play. Jaime Pantaleon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 played minutes Chacay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silviano Abufhele. In the 21st minute, Gabino Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bertrán Chopitea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Villota in the 24th minute of play. Angelino Villota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bertrán Chopitea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Chacay AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Alfredo Nordman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Villota in the 37th minute of play forced Iluga's goalkeeper Bertrán Chopitea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Pantaleon struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Justino Mendieta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iluga. In the 41st minute Gabino Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Mendieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Chacay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabino Leal came free, but Justino Mendieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabino Leal to make the kick off. A collision led to Chacay AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Juan Ignacio Valdelomar hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chacay AFC's zone, Jaime Pantaleon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Mendieta came out of the goal and Jaime Pantaleon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gabino Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chacay AFC's Nastasio Loayza got a free kick in the 60th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Iluga's Sebastián Parodi tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Iluga booed when Chacay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nastasio Loayza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Pantaleon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Chacay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabino Leal came free, but Justino Mendieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes Chacay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Massardo. Gabino Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Mendieta having to interfere. A collision led to Chacay AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Nastasio Loayza hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabino Leal in the 83rd minute of play forced Chacay AFC's goalkeeper Justino Mendieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, Chacay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Massardo to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Lapierre charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Lapierre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chacay AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Despite being the better team, Iluga failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
