Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Codao's León Monte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute, León Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norino Cuadrado in the 11th minute of play forced Codao's goalkeeper Firmín Mateluna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Montemar's Brian Maquieira got a free kick in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Beca during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Beca hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Montemar's Tobías Huici got control of the ball when Xalvador Zurita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes of play, Montemar's Markus Pretot made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Firmín Mateluna was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Codao's León Monte got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Montemar's Markus Pretot, in the 31st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Montemar. After 33 minutes of play, Montemar's Markus Pretot made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Firmín Mateluna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Firmín Mateluna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norino Cuadrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Codao's goalkeeper Firmín Mateluna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xalvador Zurita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobías Huici having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norino Cuadrado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Montemar's goal looked a bit too open when León Monte came free, but Tobías Huici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norino Cuadrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xalvador Zurita took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobías Huici. Tobías Huici dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Xalvador Zurita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Montemar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Maquieira to maneuver through the defense. León Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tobías Huici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Codao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belmiro Bazaes to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th match minute, Montemar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Maquieira to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Codao booed when Montemar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Beca didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Xalvador Zurita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xalvador Zurita might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tobías Huici. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xalvador Zurita ran back to his position shaking his head. Montemar's Lander Hermida pulled a muscle in his leg after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Raúlo Esparza's late challenge caught a Montemar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raúlo Esparza helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Codao's Raúlo Esparza got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Sandro Vicencio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Firmín Mateluna skillfully saved the ball. Firmín Mateluna made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Markus Pretot sent off a good shot on target. Montemar's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
